Well, here we go. The full slate of NFL Week 1 is up, and Godzilla is on every game. For all my picks every week, with the record attached and nothing scrubbed after the fact, come find me at GodzillaWins.com. And the desk here at Disruptor Sports has its own numbers on every one of these matchups on The Card, at disruptorsportsnation.com/picks.html, if you want a second read before you lay any money.

Godzilla's full NFL Week 1 card: all 14 picks, four best bets and the Tony Pollard prop
Godzilla's full Week 1 card, best bets and prop, all in one place.

Start in Pittsburgh. Atlanta is down to Cooper Rush at quarterback, and the Steelers can smell blood. The Steel Curtain loads the box, takes away Bijan Robinson and dares Cooper to beat them with his arm. Good luck with that in Pittsburgh, with the towels waving. The Steelers don't even need to sell out with extra rushers to get home. If the front four gets there on its own, everybody else sits on the short stuff and makes Rush hold the football. If he gets knocked around early, this one turns ugly fast. Godzilla's call: Steelers -4.5.

In Baltimore, the Colts are smoke and mirrors until somebody proves otherwise. They imploded last season, dropping seven straight, and Daniel Jones is not walking through that door as Johnny Unitas. The Ravens know Jonathan Taylor is the engine, so they shut him down, put the ball in Jones' hands and turn the defense loose. And even when you cover everything correctly against Lamar Jackson, he can turn a dead play into 25 yards and blow up your whole game plan. Did somebody say Lamar Jackson? Godzilla's call: Ravens -3.5.

Houston humiliated Buffalo last year, sacking Josh Allen eight times, and you think Buffalo forgot that? Not a chance. That offensive line watched that tape about a thousand times this offseason, and they had all spring and summer to fix it and get ready for this exact matchup. Allen can also use his legs, quick throws and a moving pocket to slow that rush down instead of standing there like a tackling dummy again. When this thing tightens up, ask yourself one question: C.J. Stroud or Josh Allen? I'll take Allen. Godzilla's call: Bills -1.5.

I love the Bears. Chicago is my sleeper team of 2026. Caleb Williams is ready to explode, Rome Odunze is turning into a monster weapon, and this offense can be electric. Carolina is improving, and I don't care. What I love is Chicago's ability to create chunk plays. If Carolina falls behind and has to chase Williams around while also covering Odunze downfield, that's a long afternoon for the Panthers. The Bears come out firing and announce themselves right away. Godzilla's call: Bears -3.

Cleveland is rebuilding, and it may have a few decent Sundays this year, but Jacksonville cannot tell everybody it belongs in the AFC South race and then mess around with a bottom-feeder at home. Real contenders bury the teams they're supposed to beat. The Jaguars also get to play this one on their terms: get ahead early, force the Browns away from the run and make a rebuilding offense play from behind. Big number? So what. Lay it. Godzilla's call: Jaguars -8.5.

It's now or never for Detroit. The Lions crapped the bed last season and had to live with that all offseason. New Orleans is improving, but Detroit should come into this opener angry, embarrassed and ready to hit somebody, no excuses. Their offensive line and running game also give them a way to physically bury New Orleans if they get an early lead, which is exactly what you want when you're laying almost a touchdown at home. If the Lions are still legitimate NFC contenders, this is the kind of game they control. Godzilla's call: Lions -6.5.

This is a playoff game in Nashville. I know it's Week 1. I don't care. After going 6-28 over the last two seasons, Tennessee simply cannot lose this home opener to the Jets. Lose this game and everybody in Nashville starts saying the two most dangerous words in sports, here we go again, and it humiliates the city. Robert Saleh gets his former team right out of the gate, and Brian Daboll has retooled the offense. New direction. New attitude. Zero excuses. The Titans also have a matchup to exploit on the ground. Tony Pollard runs into a Jets defense that finished dead last against the run in 2025, allowing 139.5 yards a game, so Tennessee has every reason to establish it early and often. The Titans have to win this game to stave off total embarrassment. Godzilla's call: Titans -1.5.

Give me Cincinnati at home. Joe Burrow, Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins are enough firepower to blow up anybody's Sunday. The Bengals need to establish immediately that they belong back among the AFC heavyweights, and they force a defense to defend every blade of grass. Double Chase and Higgins gets you beat over the top. Roll help toward Higgins and Burrow finds Chase. Pick your poison. Home field, the better quarterback, explosive weapons. Godzilla's call: Bengals -3.5.

Blowout alert. Arizona is one of those teams I'm betting against until they give me a reason not to, a two-win caliber team in my book. The Chargers have the quarterback advantage, the roster advantage and the talent advantage all over the field, and with Justin Herbert, Los Angeles can turn a seven-point lead into 17 in a hurry if Arizona starts giving him short fields. Don't get scared because the number is big. The number is big because Arizona is brutal. Godzilla's call: Chargers -9.5.

Everybody is falling in love with Minnesota. Except me. I'm not buying the Kyler Murray hype after Arizona. Yes, Murray is the Vikings' Week 1 starter now, and that makes Minnesota fascinating, but a new quarterback in a new system against a division rival is not something I'm laying points on automatically. Give me Green Bay getting points in a division street fight. These teams know each other too well for me to start handing Minnesota points because everybody suddenly decided the Vikings are the next big thing. Forget covering. I think Green Bay wins outright. Godzilla's call: Packers +1.5.

Sorry, Fish fans, I can't bet Miami. Until the Dolphins prove they have their act together, I want no part of them. Las Vegas is home, the Raiders can get after the quarterback, and this is exactly the kind of game they need to win if they expect anybody to take them seriously. I love Kirk Cousins at the helm too. He gives Vegas a veteran quarterback who understands protections, gets the ball out and won't panic if Miami manufactures pressure. Sometimes betting is about knowing who you trust, and I trust Miami about as far as Godzilla can throw South Beach. Godzilla's call: Raiders -3.

Danger game for Philadelphia. Washington gets its quarterback back, and this team is dangerous. Watch Jayden Daniels to Terry McLaurin, who spent the offseason building chemistry with him, and Washington also added another veteran weapon to an offense that needed more firepower. Philadelphia may be the better football team, but almost six points in an NFC East brawl? Remember, Washington was four turnovers away from the Super Bowl two years ago. Daniels' legs are the equalizer here. Third-and-seven can turn into first-and-10 because he escapes one rusher and wrecks the geometry of the defense. Washington hangs around, creates chaos and makes Philadelphia sweat for four quarters. Philly may survive. Washington takes them right down to the wire. Godzilla's call: Commanders +5.5.

Give me Dak Prescott and CeeDee Lamb. John Harbaugh will make New York tougher, more disciplined and better coached, and this is officially his first regular-season game running the Giants, so expect New York to come out fired up. But until further notice, the Giants are still the Giants. Dallas has the quarterback advantage, the explosive weapons and has dominated this rivalry in recent years, and this one still comes down to Dak getting the ball to Lamb and George Pickens against a Giants secondary that has to prove it can hold up for four quarters. Don't overthink it. Godzilla's call: Cowboys -3.

This is my dog. Everybody sees Kansas City, everybody sees Arrowhead, everybody sees Patrick Mahomes and automatically grabs the Chiefs. Not Godzilla. Denver has the defense to attack Mahomes, Bo Nix has another year under his belt, and the Broncos believe they can contend for the whole thing. The key for Denver is they don't need a shootout. If that defense keeps Kansas City behind the sticks and Nix avoids the catastrophic turnover, the Broncos can drag this into the fourth quarter. We're getting 2.5 points and they don't even have to win, but I think they win outright. Godzilla's call: Broncos +2.5.

Now for my best bets of the week, the four I'd put real money on. Tennessee Titans -1.5 is desperation football without technically being a desperation game. Saleh against his former team, Nashville rocking, an organization that desperately needs a win. The Titans should lean on Pollard, shorten the game and make the Jets prove they can consistently drive the field.

Denver Broncos +2.5 is the next one. Denver has the defense, the quarterback growth and the confidence to walk into Kansas City without being intimidated. Getting more than a field goal would be a gift, but even at plus-2.5 I want the Broncos.

Las Vegas Raiders -3 makes it three. I still can't put my money on Miami. The Raiders are at home, should be the more physical team and can attack Miami up front. Cousins gives them stability at quarterback, and Vegas doesn't need him to play Superman, just distribute the ball, protect it and let the defense do its job. Make the Dolphins prove something before you trust them.

And Buffalo Bills -1.5 rounds it out. Eight sacks. Buffalo remembers every one of them. The Bills have had months to build the protection plan for Houston, and Allen gives them an escape hatch even when the protection breaks down. When I can lay less than a field goal with Josh Allen in a revenge spot, I'm taking it.

One more for the card. My prop of the week is Tony Pollard over 54.5 rushing yards. We need 55, and I still love it. Pollard averaged 63.6 rushing yards per game last season, and the Jets finished dead last against the run in 2025 at 139.5 yards allowed per game. That fits exactly how I expect Tennessee to play: run the football, keep the offense out of obvious passing situations and make New York tackle Pollard over and over again. Feed the man.

That's the whole board. Fourteen games, four best bets and a prop I like as much as anything on the card.
