How to Watch Today's Biggest College Football Games

Nine ranked teams play today. The board runs from noon eastern into the middle of the night. Three games open at noon. The rest arrive in waves, at 3:30, 7:30 and after dark.

Georgia and Arkansas start the day. Every time and network below is confirmed as of Friday, though a late schedule change or weather delay can still move a kickoff by game time.

No. 2 Georgia, unbeaten at 2-0, plays at Arkansas on ABC. Kent State visits No. 6 Ohio State, 1-1 after an early loss on the road at then-No. 4 Texas, on FOX. Arizona State opens against Kansas at Wembley Stadium in London, the first college football game ever played there. Local kickoff is 5 p.m., five hours ahead of the East Coast, and FS1 carries the broadcast.

The afternoon window starts at 3:30 eastern and stacks games on top of each other. Florida State travels to No. 10 Alabama, also unbeaten at 2-0, on ABC. No. 16 SMU visits No. 23 Louisville in the day's other ranked matchup, an ACC test for both, on ESPN2. No. 12 USC, 3-0, is on the road too, at unranked Rutgers, on CBS. The game also streams on CBS.com for anyone with a TV provider login, or on Paramount+ for anyone without one. Utah State visits No. 17 Utah on FOX.

Prime time carries the week's best matchups. No. 7 LSU, 2-0, goes on the road to No. 8 Ole Miss, also 2-0, at 7:30 eastern on ABC. It's a top-ten matchup at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium in Oxford, a game this site already previewed in full, and the only meeting of two top-ten teams on the day's board. No. 11 BYU, unbeaten at 2-0, plays at Colorado State on CBS. Colorado visits Northwestern on FOX. Michigan State goes into Notre Dame Stadium to face No. 3 Notre Dame, 2-0, on NBC and Peacock.

The night closes in two more waves, both after most fans have gone to bed. North Dakota State plays at Sacramento State at 9:30 eastern on ESPN, out of Hornet Stadium. Northern Illinois visits Arizona an hour later, a 10:30 kickoff on TNT from Casino Del Sol Stadium in Tucson.

Purdue finishes the board at UCLA, an 11 p.m. eastern start on Big Ten Network, eleven hours after Georgia and Arkansas kicked off. One screen won't cover it. That game will still be in its first quarter in Pasadena, three time zones behind everyone who started the day with Georgia and Arkansas.
